Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping with us. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the services we develop. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you're exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at our company.

We just proposition computerized items so no discount dropping or returns are conceivable after a request has been set. In the event that you have a proceeding with membership, you can drop whenever and no charges will be deducted after you drop the membership/participation.

Anyway any charges deducted before wiping out of participation can't be discounted! The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase from us, you agree to the terms along with our privacy policy.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with any good or service that we provide, don't hesitate to contact us and we will discuss any of the issues you are going through with our services, please have your order ID available and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up your refund process. Your request will be reviewed within a 5 to 7 days standard response period and we will notify you via email of the results. We reserve the right to extend the standard response time in exceptional cases with a prior notice to you.

If any payments made apart from using our payment gateway may take up 3 to 4 weeks to get settled.

Enterprise Plan Refund Policy

  • Our refund policy offers a 100%* refund to the customer, excluding bank convenience fee of (2.5%), within 7 days of the start of the subscription period if the customer is not satisfied with the product.
  • Refund requests after 7 days of the start of the subscription period will not be accepted.
  • In case of technical issues that prevent the customer from using the product, our technical support team will be available to assist the customer. If the issue remains unresolved within 7 days of the start of the subscription period, the customer may request a refund.
  • Refunds will only be processed if the customer cancels the subscription and terminates the use of the product.
  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate information during the subscription process and will not be eligible for a refund if the issue is due to incorrect information provided.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the receipt of the refund request.
  • This refund policy is subject to change without prior notice, and the latest version of the policy will be available on our website.
  • Any disputes regarding the refund policy will be resolved through arbitration or in accordance with the applicable law.
  • By subscribing to the WhatsApp Sender - técrave™ Enterprise plan, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of the refund policy.

Changes to our Refund Policy

You acknowledge and agree that we may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the service (or any features within the service) to you or to users generally at our sole discretion, without prior notice to you. You may stop using the service at any time. You do not need to specifically inform us when you stop using the service. You acknowledge and agree that if we disable access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the service, your account details or any files or other materials which is contained in your account. If we decide to change our terms & conditions, we will post those changes on this page, and/or update the terms & conditions modification date below.
