This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing the eligibility and process for refunds and cancellations of services rendered by técrave. By purchasing or subscribing to any product or service offered by técrave (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), the client (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) acknowledges, understands, and agrees to be bound by the terms contained herein.
All products and services delivered by técrave are provided in digital or service-based form and are deemed non-returnable and non-refundable once delivery or activation has occurred. We do not offer refunds for completed work, time-based services, or licenses that have been issued, activated, or utilized in whole or in part.
By initiating a purchase, you acknowledge that all payments are final and that refunds will not be issued except under specific and limited conditions expressly stated in this Policy.
Notwithstanding the general policy above, in the event that técrave fails to deliver the contracted service or product due to a technical failure, significant service interruption, or material non-performance directly attributable to the Company, and where such issue is not resolved within a period of seven (7) business days from the date a formal support request is received and acknowledged by our team, you may be entitled to a refund.
In such cases, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis and limited strictly to the period during which the service was unavailable or inoperative. Any refund amount will be reduced by applicable transaction or convenience fees, including but not limited to banking or payment gateway charges.
Subscription-based services may be canceled by the Customer at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds or credits will be provided for unused portions of the billing period. Charges already incurred prior to cancellation are strictly non-refundable.
For custom projects, development contracts, marketing campaigns, or consulting engagements, any advance payments, deposits, or milestone-based payments are non-refundable once work has commenced or resources have been allocated. In the event of early termination by the Customer, técrave reserves the right to retain all payments made and invoice for work completed up to the termination date.
Refunds, where applicable, will only be issued through the original method of payment. Payments made outside our integrated payment gateways (e.g., via manual bank transfer or offline settlement) may require up to three (3) to four (4) weeks for processing, subject to verification and reconciliation protocols.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected], along with the original order ID, the name and contact details of the purchaser, and a clear explanation of the issue encountered. Our support team will acknowledge your request and initiate a review process.
We commit to responding to all refund inquiries within a standard period of five (5) to seven (7) business days. In exceptional cases requiring escalation or investigation, técrave reserves the right to extend this response period with prior written notice to the Customer.
For eligible refund requests, a standard 20% convenience fee is first deducted from the total cost of the subscription product or service. We then review the date the support ticket was created, and our support team assesses each request on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility. If approved, the support team updates the ticket status to “Approved,” after which our payments team calculates the refund credit amount. Refunds are issued as credit that can be used to purchase other services offered by técrave.
Next, we calculate the number of days remaining from the ticket creation date until your subscription expiry. The remaining time is computed on a pro-rata basis. If you choose to proceed with the refund credit, our payments system deducts an average 10% convenience fee to cover transaction costs, currency conversion, and other processing factors. The final refund credit amount is then shared within the support ticket for your reference.
Under no circumstances shall técrave be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of such possibility. Refunds are the sole and exclusive remedy for service-related dissatisfaction as described in this Policy.
técrave reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically to remain informed of any updates.
